LOUIS
PECCI, President and Chief Executive Officer
The best way to describe Louis is "driven." It
shows in everything he does. He’s a strategic planner,
designer, illustrator and entrepreneur with degrees in Architecture
and Environmental Design, Design Technology and Design Studies
from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Louis J. Pecci made his dramatic advertising debut as Art
Director at Caraway Kemp Communications, where in a few short
years, he earned 28 Fourth District Addys and three national
awards. In 1993, Louis opened the Design Factory, building
a company truly unique in its approach to advertising and
design. The Design Factory offers a wide variety of services
ranging from marketing solutions to comprehensive merchandising
programs; however, the heart of the company is the reputation
it has established as a leader in the themed entertainment
industry. In 2001, Louis and his team designed and built the
Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Museum in Ocean City, Maryland.
His Addy-award winning design was featured on CNN and many
other news stations across the country.
This multi-faceted professional has received national and
international recognition for his TV and radio campaigns,
web site development and themed venue concepts. Louis has
consulted with many high-profile companies such as AT&T,
Sprint PCS, Universal Studios, McDonald’s, Steven Spielberg,
Rally’s Hamburgers, Ringling Bros. and Barnum &
Bailey Circus, WAPE-FM, FOX Broadcasting, Holiday Inn, Marriott,
Disney, The Weather Channel and a host of restaurant and retail
accounts. The Jacksonville Business Journal honored Louis
as a "2001 Up & Comer" which recognizes successful
young professionals.
