Mr. Scutellaro is the current Chairperson of the AICPA’s Statements on Standards in Tax Services Quality Control Interpretation Task Force and the E-file Task Force. He has previously served as a member of the Institutes Tax Practice Responsibility Committee and the Member Tax Practice Improvement Committee. In addition to his role as Partner in charge of the accounting firm’s tax practice, Mr. Scutellaro is also a Managing Member of Targeted Capital, LLC, (http://www.targetedcapital.com) a full service Investment advisory firm and is a licensed registered investment advisor in New Jersey. His main role is to spearhead venture capital transactions specializing in Real Estate and the food service industry and has raised over $50,000,000 for such transactions during the past 20 years with both Targeted Capital and previously as a Vice President with Jobel Management in Woodbridge, NJ.

Mr. Scutellaro has been involved in the food service industry as either an accountant or consultant for almost 20 years, including working on the set up and operations of various restaurant & bar operations in New York City and New Jersey, fast food franchisors and franchisees including Burger King, Wendy’s, Everything Yogurt, Kohr Brothers Frozen Custard and Cluck-U-Chicken and national sit down restaurant chains such as TGI Friday’s, Houlihans and Outback Steakhouse. Mr. Scutellaro earned his B.S. in Accounting from Fordham University and has worked toward his M.S. in Taxation from Baruch College. He and his wife Tracey reside in Brick, NJ and have two sons and one daughter. In his community, he is a member of the Brick Rotary, involved in the Brick Challenger baseball league and has also served as Treasurer and Coach in the Twin County Soccer Association and the Brick Township Soccer Association.
